Risk Scores

How do the Risk Scores work?

GeoSafeScores™ are numerical safety ratings that measure the overall security of a location. Scores range from 1 to 100, with higher scores indicating safer areas. A standardized scoring system allows for consistent and objective comparisons across different locations.

Why do some countries have more Risk Scores than others?

Some locations, particularly rural areas, may not have a safety score if there is insufficient or unreliable data.

How often are the scores updated?

Risk Scores are continuously updated to reflect the latest safety conditions. Areas with rapidly changing conditions are updated more frequently.

How are Risk Scores determined?

Risk Scores are derived using advanced data science techniques, incorporating both stable variables (like local laws and infrastructure) and dynamic variables (such as recent crime reports and political events). This comprehensive approach ensures accurate and current safety assessments.
